The short version: AI CleanWeb is a browser extension that blocks ads and protects your privacy. Paid plans bought by card are subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel; crypto plans are a one-time yearly purchase. You can cancel a card subscription anytime, and we back new purchases with a money-back guarantee (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI CleanWeb browser extension, the aicleanweb.com website, and related services (together, the "Service"), provided by AI CleanWeb ("we", "us"). By installing the extension, buying a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
AI CleanWeb is an AI-assisted ad blocker and privacy shield that runs in your browser. A free tier is available, and paid Pro and Ultimate tiers unlock additional features. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time as the product and the web evolve.
Card plans renew automatically. When you subscribe by card, your plan renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel.
Cancelling stops future charges but is not by itself a refund. Refund eligibility — including our money-back guarantee on new purchases — is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or signing keys except to the extent the law permits; (c) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or license keys; (d) interfere with or abuse the Service, its servers, or its license/entitlement endpoints; or (e) use the Service to infringe the rights of others.
The AI CleanWeb name, logo, website, and extension (excluding third-party, open-source filter lists and components, which remain under their own licenses) are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the Service, not ownership of it.
The Service relies on third parties including Stripe and NOWPayments (payments), Mailgun (license-key email), public filter-list providers, and a standard web host/CDN. Your use of those services through AI CleanWeb is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While AI CleanWeb blocks a large volume of ads, trackers, and fingerprinting, no blocker can stop everything, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will block any specific ad, tracker, or threat. AI CleanWeb is a privacy and security tool, not a guarantee of anonymity or security.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and material changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where AI CleanWeb operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply, nothing here removes the rights they give you.
