Affiliate Program Terms

The short version: Promote AI CleanWeb with your referral link and earn a commission on sales you bring in. Keep it honest — no spam, no fake claims, no bidding on our brand name — and we'll pay you reliably through our affiliate platform.

These Affiliate Program Terms govern your participation in the AI CleanWeb affiliate program ("Program"). By joining, you agree to these terms together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & enrollment

You must enroll through our affiliate platform (GoAffPro) and provide accurate account and payout details.
You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
We may approve or decline any application, at our discretion.

2. Referral tracking & attribution

On approval you receive a unique referral link. When someone clicks it and then buys within the attribution window, the sale is credited to you. Attribution is recorded via your referral code; we capture it when a visitor arrives through your link and confirm qualifying sales on our side. The current cookie/attribution window and commission rate are shown in your affiliate dashboard.

3. Commissions

You earn the commission rate shown in your affiliate dashboard on qualifying, completed sales referred through your link.
Commissions are reversed on payments that are later refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise reversed.
You may not earn commission on your own purchases (self-referrals), and you may not buy through your own link to claim a discount or commission.

4. Payouts

Approved commissions are paid through the affiliate platform once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold, on the platform's payout schedule, using the payout method you configure. We may hold or review commissions during a reasonable verification period to account for refunds and fraud.

5. How you may promote

You may promote AI CleanWeb on your own websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, and social channels, using the banners and assets we provide. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever required (for example, per FTC or equivalent guidelines).

6. What's not allowed

No spam (email, comments, DMs, or unsolicited messaging).
No bidding on "AI CleanWeb" or confusingly similar terms in paid search, and no use of our brand in your domain, ad copy, or social handles in a way that implies you are us.
No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, or other artificial means of dropping referral cookies.
No false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about the product, pricing, discounts, or endorsements.
No unauthorized coupon/deal-site placements, trademark abuse, or promotion on sites with illegal or infringing content.

7. Relationship

You are an independent contractor. These terms do not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

8. Termination

Either party may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation and withhold commissions for violations of these terms, fraud, or abuse. Unpaid, properly-earned commissions for legitimate sales remain payable.

9. Changes

We may update the Program, including commission rates and these terms, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the latest version. Changes apply going forward; continuing in the Program means you accept them.
